Turkey Ramen In 30 Mins

Having an urgent dinner plan? Well, you will never go out of dishes when you have the perfect recipe that will have your dinner served in 30 mins. The juicy ramen turkey bite that your guests will crave for more.

Ingredients:
• 4 cups of chicken broth
• 1 ginger – minced
• 4 garlic cloves – minced
• 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
• 1/4 cup of water – boiled
• 2 tbsp of rice vinegar
• 1/4 tsp of white pepper
• 1/4 cup of soy sauce
• 2 tbsp of chili oil
• 4 eggs – medium

2 cups of turkey – shredded
• 4 3-oz packets of ramen noodles
• 2 cups of spinach leaves
• 1 green onion – chopped

Instructions:
1. On a large saucepan cook the minced ginger and garlic with chili oil at low heat.
2. Add the chicken broth once they are soft. Boil it.
3. Add the shredded turkey and simmer for 15 mins.
4. Bring another pan and boil the eggs for 7 mins. Once boiled, run it through cold water and peel off the shells. Cut them into 2 lengthwise.
5. To cook the ramen noodles, boil them for just 2 mins. Drain it.
6. Now on the broth, add the sauces, oyster, and soy. Also pour in the rice vinegar along with crushed white pepper.
7. Adjust the taste according to your preference.
8. To serve, on 4 noodle bowls, add the prepared noodles. Pour the broth, top this with prepared turkey and throw in the spinach leaves with the boiled eggs. Sprinkle in the chopped green onions. If required throw in some sesame seeds as well.
