Ginger Ramen Noodle

The highly recommended vegan dish that is easy to make as well as perfect for a busy day. Jump right in and give your tummy something filling to keep yourself charged on a busy day.

• 1/3 cup of ginger – chopped
• 4 garlic cloves – chopped
• 2 cups of scallions – sliced
• ½ cup of grapeseed oil
• 2 tbsp of soy sauce
• 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
• 1 tsp of pepper and salt
• 1 tsp of sesame oil – toasted
• ½ tsp of sugar
• 1 4-oz packet of ramen noodles

1. First, in your large mixing bowl, combine the chopped ginger, garlic, and some scallions.
2. Second, grab a small saucepan and heat the grapeseed oil. Heat it well on high heat.
3. Pour this over the prepared bowl of scallions, ginger, and garlic.
4. Keep this undisturbed for 5 mins. Add the vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce with pepper, and sugar.
5. Next, keep this away for 15 mins.
6. On a large pot cook the noodles, drain it. Mix and toss the noodles into the mixture.
7. Serve them in bowls and top it off with some sesame seeds with a dash of chili oil.
